Planning a renovation can come with plenty of questions and decisions to make. We're here to answer them.

How would we get started?
Reach out to us through our contact form, give us a call, or send us an email. We'll chat about your project, your goals, budget and the next steps.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, after you reach out, we can come and check out your space to talk about your project for a free consultations. Once we chat we can give you a general estimate so you can understand the scope of your project before making any decisions.
What types of renovations do you do?
We specialize in bathrooms, basements, kitchens, garage suites, full-home renovations custom build homes and additions (plus more!). If you're not sure whether we can tackle your project, just ask, we're always happy to chat.
How much do renovations cost?
Every project is so unique, so pricing really depends on the size, materials, and scope of work. After meeting with you, we'll provide you with an estimate and as the project goes on we'll share with you the costs.
Do I need a permit for my renovation?
Some projects require permits, while others don't. We'll let you know what's needed and we'll figure out next steps.
Can you work with my budget?
For sure, every budget is different and we'll help you find solutions that maximize value without compromising quality.
Do you help with design?
We don't provide any official design renderings, but whether you know exactly what you want or need a little guidance, we're happy to help with design ideas, finishes, and product selections. We also can connect you with an interior designer from our network who can work with you on your project (additional fees for their services would be required).
Do you work with subcontractors?
Yes, when it's needed. We work with a trusted group of skilled trades who share our commitment to quality craftsmanship and professionalism.
Do I have to source my own materials?
If you know exactly what materials you want and have a place you can use those, or we have a network of trusted and amazing vendors we work with all the time. We're happy to share those with you and even get you our preferred pricing.
Is Honour Developments insured?
Yes. Honour Developments Ltd. is fully licensed and insured, so you can have peace of mind knowing your home is in good hands.
Will there be a lot of dust and clean up?
We'll do everything we can to keep dust and debris under control with proper barriers and daily clean-up but it is a renovation after all. A little dust comes with the territory.
